Marjorie G. Rosen - Volunteer Efforts in Horticulture and Gardening

Passionate about gardening, Marjorie G. Rosen is a Long Island resident whose interest in horticulture was sparked while residing in London in the 1970s and 1980s. Traveling each summer to stately homes and public and private gardens across Great Britain, Marjorie G. Rosen served on the board of the Royal Oak Foundation.

A collector of rare plants, Ms. Rosen has a current volunteer commitment that includes positions with the New York Botanical Garden (NYBG) as vice chairman of the board and Horticulture Committee chair. Acting as an NYBG global representative, she has had the opportunity to travel across diverse regions of Europe, Asia, and America. Also active with the International Center of Photography, Marjorie G. Rosen serves as Acquisitions Committee and annual Infinity Awards chairperson.
